A: When ultrasonic waves act on the thermoplastic plastic contact surface, high-frequency vibrations of tens of thousands of times per second are generated. Moreover, due to the poor thermal conductivity of the plastic, it can not be dissipated in time and gather in the weld zone, so that the contact faces of the two plastics melt rapidly, and after a certain pressure, they are integrated into one. When the ultrasonic wave stops, let the pressure last for a few seconds to solidify it, thus forming a strong molecular chain for welding purposes, the welding strength can be close to the strength of the raw material. 1. Low frequency ultrasonic cleaning.

2. High frequency ultrasonic cleaning.

3. Dual-frequency ultrasonic cleaning.
A kind of low frequency 25-28 kHz, high frequency 46-48 kHz. Because of the use of dual-frequency ultrasound, the uniformity of standing wave field in the cleaning cylinder has been greatly improved, thus improving the cleaning effect.
4. Frequency modulated ultrasonic cleaning.
A kind of standing wave field is formed in cylinder by single frequency ultrasonic cleaning. Although dual frequency cleaning has been improved, there are still some standing wave knots in some places. If frequency modulation cleaning is adopted and there is a certain bandwidth, the uniformity of sound wave field is better.
